Score & combos

Points for a clear depend on the number of grains removed and your combo multiplier. Make another connection within five seconds of the previous clear to raise the combo, up to ×8. Wait longer and the next clear starts at ×1. For higher scores, aim for consecutive connections while keeping the top of the board open.

At 29 seconds the rise is one second away. At 30 seconds new sand arrives from below. The starting score is 2,160. At 34.6 seconds a layer clears around halfway up the board for 2,302 points. At 36.2 seconds a second clears at combo ×2 for 2,880: 7,342 total.

Your goal is to connect sand of one color from the left wall to the right wall. When the path is complete, the connected group clears and makes space for the next blocks. You do not need to complete a perfectly horizontal row.

Speed increases as you clear connections. A run ends when the board fills, with no ten-minute time limit.

XP & progress

A qualifying run earns 20 base XP, plus one XP for every 50 score points, capped at 500 bonus XP from score. Achievements add one-time bonuses. A run shorter than 15 seconds with no clears does not advance your progress. XP saves automatically after verification: a nickname is only needed if you choose to publish your score.

A 900-point run20 + 18 = 38 XP

Example: a qualifying 900-point run, 30 seconds and one clear, with no new achievements. The total is 38 XP: 20 base and 18 from the score. Any newly earned achievement adds its own one-time bonus.

You start at level 1. Reach level 2 at 100 total XP, level 3 at 400, level 4 at 900 and level 5 at 1,600. The Ocean palette unlocks at level 3 and Neon at level 5. Select them in your progress section; Fusion uses the original colors to keep its rule easy to read.

Save & leaderboard

Your personal record keeps your highest score. To join the global leaderboard, publish a verified run with a nickname from the results dialog. Each profile has one entry per mode: its best published run. Equal scores favor the shorter run. The public list shows the top 30 players, while the game panel shows your position even beyond 30th place.

Verified progress belongs to the guest profile recognized by your browser. Reopen the game in the same browser to continue. Another browser or a private window may use a different profile: progress is not merged automatically.

Avoid clearing the game cookies if you want to keep using your guest profile. If you already saved a recovery code, keep it private: it grants profile access. Your public nickname identifies your leaderboard entry, but is not a credential for recovering progress.

Free to play, with no download or registration. Your guest profile saves verified progress online.
